Group Size & Accommodations

At Exclusolo, we curate intimate luxury journeys, each designed for a maximum of 10 women led by an Exclusolo Travel Host. Every traveler enjoys her own private luxury accommodations and we propose deluxe rooms; however, room upgrades can be arranged and paid for additionally.

Journey Duration & Customization

Most of our journeys are 10-14 days, but we also organize 4-5 day trips for extended weekend experiences. If you do not see a journey that fits your needs, we can work together to curate a journey just for you and your group.

We know that travel is a deeply personal investment of time and spirit. Our policies are designed to reflect the exclusivity of our journeys while offering you confidence, clarity, and fairness. We are committed to working with you when unexpected circumstances arise.
Pricing & Inclusions
Accommodations, tours, and specified meals are included. Gratuities, tips, and purchases of a personal nature are not included. Each trip itinerary will have a detailed description to refer to. Exclusolo's baggage concierge service provides end-to-end luggage management. Our professional team handles all transfers and ensures your belongings are securely transported to each location, allowing you to enjoy a truly carefree travel experience.
All travelers must have a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity and 3 empty pages. Visa requirements vary by destination and will be specified for each journey.
We accept credit card payments and wire transfers.
We accommodate dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, and special requests whenever possible. Please inform us of any requirements during the booking process so we can ensure your comfort throughout the journey.
Your personal information is safe with us. We never share private details with other travelers; only the data you choose to include in your travel profile will be visible to the group. Sharing is completely optional and is intended to help with group bonding and connections before your trip.
  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your place.
  • Deposits are non-refundable; however, if you cancel 120 days or more prior to departure, your deposit may be transferred once as credit toward a future Exclusolo journey within 18 months.

For added flexibility, you may opt for our VIP Flex Deposit at the time of booking. This enhancement allows your deposit to be fully transferable to another Exclusolo journey up to 90 days before departure.

  • The remaining balance is due 120 days prior to departure.
  • For select ultra-luxury or limited-inventory journeys (such as private yachts or safaris), the final balance may be due 150 days prior. This will be noted at the time of booking.

At Exclusolo, every journey is designed with the utmost care, foresight, and attention to detail. Because our curated experiences are intimate and limited in number, we make significant commitments on your behalf to secure the finest accommodations, expert guides, and exclusive access well in advance.

Should you need to cancel your journey, the following terms apply:

  • 120+ days before departure: Deposit retained, but transferable once as credit toward a future journey.

  • 90–119 days before departure: 50% of the total trip price retained.

  • 60–89 days before departure: 75% retained.

Less than 60 days before departure: 100% retained.

If Exclusolo must cancel your journey due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available journey.

In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, government travel restrictions, pandemics, terrorism, or other events beyond our control), we will work to reschedule your journey when conditions permit. If rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be provided based on recoverable costs from our suppliers and partners.

We understand that serious medical situations are beyond your control. If you must cancel due to a documented medical emergency involving yourself or an immediate family member, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair resolution, which may include:

  • Full credit toward a future journey (subject to availability)
  • Partial refund based on recoverable costs from our suppliers
  • Transfer to another traveler at your discretion

Medical documentation from a licensed physician will be required.

For your peace of mind, comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. This should include coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and trip interruption. We will be happy to recommend trusted providers who understand luxury travel needs.
